New Construction Homes in the Beach Cities
Everyone likes new construction and why not? New homes typically reflect the most current trends and styles and they are highly desirable because, well, they are new.

In most instance, all other factors being equal, buyers won’t pay more for a resale than a new home. So new construction often sets the high point as far as pricing goes. And the available inventory of new homes also affects pricing because if new isn’t available then the newest becomes desirable.
In the Beach Cities most of the new construction of spec homes is in North Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach with Hermosa Beach and South Redondo typically seeing fewer new homes. Most of the homes these days are being built in either a Coastal or Modern style. A few of the more prolific builders and the agents who represent them become associated with various styles.
